Fitment includes 1999 thru 2008 RSV Models

 

Quiet-Mic is designed to fit the Yamaha Royal Star Venture.

It’s a fairly simple installation due to its plug and play design.

 

Why does the RSV need it?

As great as a touring machine the RSV is, it has some issues. Quiet-Mic is the fix for the wind noise issue over the intercom system that many experience at high speeds. This noise is caused by the wind that the driver and passenger microphones pick up and it can be a bit annoying.

 

What does Quiet-Mic do?

Basically it’s an on/off switch for the microphone system. With the switch turned on everything works as before, the CB, audio and intercom systems are unaffected. Turn the switch to the off position and the CB audio & audio systems are still unaffected.

You can still hear your music and or monitor the CB radio as before, however the microphones are turned off.

If you need to talk over the CB or intercom simply turn the switch on.

 

Why should I use Quiet-Mic over the other systems available?

It’s a much simpler installation; you only need to split the front cowling to complete installation.

No removal of the seats and fuel tank, No additional electrical load, No wire splicing.

No modules to worry about installing or needing to be replaced.

Quiet-Mic is truly plug and play system.

When you need it just flip the switch, it’s real simple to operate.
